Guys Cut For Medical Reasons, What Was The Reason?

If you were circumcised for medical reasons what were the medical reasons you were circumcised?

I was circ'd when I was about three or four. I just about remember having it done. I believe (though I'm not sure) that my foreskin was very tight and I was having bother pissing, which seems most likely given what I've read since. It appears to be the main reason for getting cut beyond religious/cultural practices, which wouldn't apply in my case.
