You know those who put on a big show and crave all that attention your supposed to be getting all for themselves. The ones who paint a big picture but, in the end are all me, me, me?

Not the real virgins, the ones who claim they are but, have a laundry list of guys cocks they evaluate and obviously have been around the block for miles without end. Yet they project the image of a holly roller to you. Do you tell them your on to them or let them have those 15 minutes of decietful, fame?

Unfortunately I fall for these types and then spend years trying to figure how to get out alive.

I can handle them as friends and keep them at arms length...thats about it. As an adult with free will I can pick and choose the types of people I surround myself with...and as a wise sage once said, "if you cant stand drama then get the fuck off the stage".

Don't go to work for the post office. Sheesh, we have so many drama queens and princesses. It makes it a whole lot easier to remain single.

I do agree a drama queen is enough to turn a straight man gay and I can understand why some keep the term "just friends" but, a noteworthy number of guys in fact do fall for a "drama queen" unknowingly. I have seen it and it is a repulsive display of manipulation. The guys just don't get it until the quicksand is up to there noses.

The thing about DQ's is that it's not limited to gender or sexual orientation. Women and gay men are the usual stereotypes, but i personally know a few heterosexual men that are just as pathologically self-centered.

Fuck all you guys.... I'm a huge queen!!!
It's not my fault I'm overly sensitive.

Now, someone get me my oversized sunglasses so I can storm out of here with my dignity!

I think the dramatic ones are most interested in general gossip, also. Its as much of a lifestyle as it is a personality. Since us queens are generally more feminine than the average, we attract and are most attracted to some of the more butchier, domineering boys. Go figure.

But can only be tolerated in small amounts, very small amounts.

Really have little time for them.
But if you have to deal with one, the rules of engagement are clear and easy.
You give them your attention ... and if you buy that as a temporary, not-quite-freely-chosen measure, it can be fun enough and even quite amusing.
But as a steady diet, no.

I was never quite like that ... but I did take them far more seriously when I was, say, 20.
    Much less so now.
But hey, they're peeps. Gotta be nice to them. Just not choose to spend your very finite supply of time with them.

I told you I was sorry. I'd try to think more about your sexual needs next time you bottomed. Sheesh, are you going to throw this up to me forever?

Glad to hear the men here are on to that sort of thing. To me it turns me off and I can find something nice about most people.

it's tough to tell a drama queen that the only reason why i talk to her is because of loneliness. and it turns out i'm the only one that listens to her. not anymore.

i prefer to avoid the emotionally hemorrhagic from either gender. friendships to relationships i don't enjoy drama. i mingle to enjoy people not to provide an audience for whatever melodrama they're currently starring in.
