When I have faked orgasms, it's usually because I'm tired and don't want to keep thrusting for another 20 minutes and wind up soaked with sweat in order to get an orgasm.

Plenty of women get all insecure if their partners don't cum. Easier to fake it than to deal with it.

For me, it happens infrequently enough that I don't consider it to be an issue. It's not like I *never* have orgasms and that her technique is awful and I'm misleading her that it is great.
