A few weeks ago I put a post on here about how my testosterone had plummeted and I had not been able to climax in weeks. One or two gentlemen answered my call about having my Prolactin checked that they had some kind of benign tumor. Well I had my Prolactin checked and it came back at 38.1. If the same guy see this post I sure would like to talk further with you. I went to see a Urology Specialist this past Friday and I have never been so disappointed in my life. He did not even listen to me. Basically, it was in my head and then it was my meds that caused my Prolactin to rise to the level it is. Having them both checked again this coming week. But if you have had either of these and were unable to climax would love to chat with you. I need some help and the last two physicians I have been to have been damn fools!

Instead of a urologist, you should see an endocrinologist. They're doctors who focus on hormones. A urologist might know a bit, but they don't necessarily know much about hormones.

Thank you man! I appreciate your feedback?

I will add that most endocrinologists focus on diabetes and thyroid problems. You need to find one who is experienced at treating the testosterone/pituitary feedback system. Most likely this person will be at a major university medical school. What I have done in the past is search PubMed for the medical problem at hand and see who has published and where they are located. Having worked at a medical school, I can say that the residency process generally teaches physicians to never admit they don'know something. The worst ones get angry at patients whose condition causes them to feel inadequate. Try to find an expert. Others will attempt to baffle you with bullshit.

I did a quick search and there seem to be little research on the problem you are facing, hence your urologist's pissy attitude. I did find one article. The docs in question are at UCLA. You might try calling and see if they will review your lab work. They might do it as this seems to be an area of interest. Thank you for you candid feedback! In this world that is exactly what is needed! Thanks again.

It's an endo problem, you probably have a small tumor on your pituitary gland. Urologists don't know how to order brain MRIs, endocrinologists do. Note I said MRI, not CT scan. You need to be seen before you start getting visual changes. I know what I'm taking about

Thank you for your help and feedback! I have never been so disappointed in my life when I visited the Urologist last week. He was so highly recommended. I know I went in expecting help. I havn't climaxed in 3 months and I had to ask him about follow-up. He said "3 months." I thought 3 months, this is my life I have not been able to climax in 3 months and you tell me come back in 3 months and wrote a script for Stendra which was a complete waste of time. I could not believe his lax attitude. I wanted to knock the shit out of him on my way out!.. first my problem was caused by my meds then my problem was psychological. I could not fuckin believe it!
