As Young Native said and I agree. I have read so many posts on here where guys (especially young guys) have had sexual experiments with their buds or just friends that they don't know too well. One thing leads to another in young horny males and they go for it --just to get off. Almost every time that they have had such a sexual encounter like the ones I have described, they end with, "we never talked about it afterwards" and/or "now he is married and has kids" Maybe I am wrong but I think that there is a lot more that is never talked about or admitted to because of the stigma in our culture.

I tend to think women experiment less than guys do.

Women, in my estimation, might snuggle, kiss, and comment on each other's bodies more than guys do...but I don't consider that sexual experimentation. Its just an expression of intimate feelings or relationships. Sisterhood.

On the other hand, guys get rabidly horny to the point that they will fuck pillows, fleshlights, or even soft fruit just to get off. If another guy is nearby and is also horny...you have a situation that can lead to full-on anal or oral sex. Its just sex, not gay. Gay, to me, implies a romantic relationship, not convenience.

Most modern societies hold a stigma against male to male intimacy, both sexual and emotional. So of course guys aren't going to talk about it. They can here, under the anonymity of the internet, so they do. I think all this open chatter and dialog about sexuality might help us get a better understanding of sexuality...and reduce the stigmatization.

I agree completely with this. A hole is a hole!

How would you compare the two genders then? And why do you think there is such a social stigma against guys experimenting if most guys have?

That social stigma you talk about is not universal. Young Latinos seem to have no problems with teasing one another into giving one another blow jobs or having mutual jack off contests to see who can squirt the most, longest, etc. They rarely miss an opportunity to play with each others' tools and size everyone up. And it's obvious you've never been happily drunk in the company of a bunch of young "heterosexual" Czechs (18 to 30-ish) who, despite their love for pussy, enjoy a coin toss game similar to spin the bottle whereby half the group -- the half that loses -- has to give the other half blow jobs.

Sigh . . . you kids need to get out more. Travel definitely broadens the mind.

I don't know about everyone else, but between my circle of friends none of us have felt the need to 'experiment' with each other. And I can honestly say I've never had those feelings towards any of them. Some of you might think i'm just repressed, but I feel no attraction to my own gender. Who knows maybe i'm an enigma, or an alien sent here who doesn't share the same kind of feelings as everyone else lol.

It's hard to believe that a man never had one gay "jealously" fantasy in all his jack-off sessions since adolescence (more believable if he were transsexual lesbian).

It's best you don't speak for your friends. You don't know what's all in their heads. We don't tell even our closest friends some of our sexual fantasies (even our partners).

The "gay male" taboo is so bad that some boys and men would go to the galleys saying they never had any gay fantasy.

All said above, I have no reason to believe that you are not a heterosexual man.

Keep in mind the membership on this site isn't exactly a representative sample. I think the majority of men out there are straight and aren't interested in other men.

There are varying levels of heterosexuality. Lots and lots of men experience same-sex attraction into adulthood and never act upon it because of the taboo of male homosexuality.

Contrary to popular belief, women are less likely to experiment than men; they are also less likely to be bisexual (considering men's sexual nature). Society twists it all around and makes the women out to be the sexually "flexible" one. We all fall for it: lesbian sex in straight male pornography; college girls kissing and admitting to being bi for $$$$, etc. It is all a very subtle way ensure that women stay inferior to men (bisexual/gay men threaten male dominance in our society).

Are you sure that you would agree with Young Native?:biggrin1:

I agree, but I think that many guys act on this also. I mean check out all the "straight" men on craigslist. As you said, there are varying degrees of heterosexuality and we are all on a spectrum.

Young Native seems to be using the word "non-random" sampling to suggest that most boys are very heterosexual . "Random" sampling pools, in his opinion, would most likely show that male sexuality is not fluid in general, and that most men are not gay or bisexual, or anything in between, but indeed super heterosexual.

because guys are warriors, cowboys, soldiers. admitting any sort of feminization would ruin the ego for most guys. however the truth is everyone is bisexual just at different degrees. just like everyone has estrogen and testosterone. no escaping it.

When your younger a breeze can cause a boner, confusing to what sexual stimulation is. I know it made me think anything goes. I know even in your 20's a guy is still willing to get off just about anyway he can, of course alot was fueled by drugs and dark rooms and mind bending music. There should be a pill that replicates these conditions, it's sell like hotcakes.

which countries do you think do not have the stigma against male experimentation like they do in the Western countries? The Czech Republic seems to be on of them.

Yes, in Eastern Europe and Turkey, male experimentation is just "understood" to be the case; but when you "grow up", homosexuality is most taboo.

I've always noticed that Eastern European porn stars are less uptight about "male touching" in DP's, etc (of course no kissing).
