My BF stays hard after ejaculating, usually by manual stimulation.
With continued stroking of the shaft and a brush or two of the glans, he'll throw in a double O - meaning one nice full ejaculation followed by another within a few minutes, with sufficient stimulation (mental and physical).

The second one is always quite juicy and a joy to witness. :08:

Pissing while hard is a bit annoying, yes.
Lol.

OMG, I know! Why do men do this?!
Does it hurt to ejaculate with a full bladder or something?

If your turned on enough, its pretty easy to stay hard, no matter what. It's all about sexual arousal, and you maybe be able to get off more than once.

The worst thing about being able to stay hard, your partner looks at you like your a freak "We're not having a part two!" "Once is enough" "I want to go to bed" "Put that thing away!" LOL!

Staying hard after cumming was always normal for me (that was before I got ED and Peyronie's, alas). Not 10 or 20 minutes though, but up to a half-hour sometimes. If I came first the guy I was with could still get off by looking at, and holding my cock until he came.

I'd always wondered about this too....it seems like from what I've seen a lot of the guys in porn go soft pretty quick, but I always tend to stay hard after cumming for at least a few minutes without stimulation. For a long time I thought I was the odd one out, but now it sounds like I'm pretty normal, "whew"!

I wish the men I played with or dated had that problem. I always want round 2, round 3, round 4.... lol

it is such a disappointment when the men I play with cum and are done for the night, because I feel like I've just started.

it all depends on my excitment level and if i get tired or not. there are times where i am no tthat exctied and it goes down. and there are times where it stays up and i can have another go at it

and since we are talking about it.. i can pee with a hard on no problem... i dont really understand why its so difficult for other people?

It doesnt matter how turned on I am or not it just stays hard. I usually have to stop for 15-30 sec after cumming though because the tip gets too sensitive. idk

one thing my current gf told me (dont know if its on or not but) i have just 1 big vein going down the top straight to the head. she thinks that allows for more blood flow. anyone who stays hard care to comment?

Just for those lucky enough to be able to be multi-orgasmic here is what is going on medically so that you have understanding of the advantage that you have.

As you become sexually excited your body starts to produce a bolus of the hormone prolactin. Prolactin is in both males and in females. In a female, the hormone is secreted during lactation and nursing. It greatly reduces the desire for sex during that time. In males the hormone is found at relatively low levels and this is normal. What happens however is that as you become more and more excited the body readies a bolus of this hormone and as you ejaculate that bolus is launched. It normally kills the erection, increases the sensitivity of the glans of the penis and for a short time kills the desire for sex. A small percentage of men have first very low prolactin levels to begin with. For these gentlemen becoming aroused again is an easy task. A percentage of that percentage especially when younger do not throw the prolactin bolus. This allows them to remain hard, and to plow on to the next ejaculation.

As we age it is normal for prolactin levels to increase in most men. As the aging process takes place the rising prolactin levels will tend to curb the abilities of most men. There are some Rx medications available to reduce prolactin levels, but they are hideously expensive.

All FYI

Makes sense. The blood flow along with arousal could play a big part in it, I'd assume? I have a rather large vein going to the head as well.

Wow so it increases with age....but why would anyone want to take medication?

Same with me, I have a rather large and noticeable vein, and remain hard after I cum ready for another round. The head does get hyper-sensitive after ejaculation however I have managed to keep that under control and still able to stimulate it...
