When you're soft, what hangs lower - your balls or your dick?

I always though my balls hung lower unitl recently when it was pointed out to me by a... um... "friend"... that my nob actually hangs about an inch lower.

This got me thinking... what you normally see is the cock being propped up by the balls and poking slightly forwards - but everything of mine hangs straight down
