Man-2-man friendships can be a powerful experience in a guy's life. There are some movie scenes that do an awesome job of proving that. No matter how many times you watch them, they still hit you in the gut.

So guys, what's your favorite male bonding movie/scene?

"Coach Carter"--
The coach punishes Timo and tells him that he has to run 1000 laps in order to get back on the team. When Timo can't finish his laps the rest of the team man-up and start helping Timo finish his laps.
THAT SCENE CHOKES ME EVERYTIME I SEE IT...


"Stand By Me"--
At the climax of the movie when the boys find the dead body, Gordie saves his best friend's life and stands up to the town bully Ace and his crew. Goes something like this:

(Gordie fires a gun in the air and points it at Ace.)

Ace: You ain't got the ballsac to shoot a woodchuck. Gimme the gun.
Gordie: Don't move Ace. I'll kill you. I swear to God.
Ace: C'mon Gordie give me the gun.

(Gordie cocks the chamber and points it at Ace.)

Gordie: Suck my fat one, you cheap dime-store hood!
Ace: What you gonna do? Shoot us all?
Gordie: No Ace, just you.

(Ace and his crew leave without the dead body)
