Bush officials broke electioneering law, federal agency reports

At least seven Cabinet secretaries to President George W. Bush took politically motivated trips at taxpayer expense while aides falsely claimed they were traveling on official business, the independent Office of Special Counsel said Monday night in concluding a three-year probe.

Outsourcing didn't start when Obama came into office. That has been a problem for more than a decade now, which would mean the problem existed during the Bush Administration as well. Regardless, big corporations are more to blame for this than the President. They are the ones who cut back on American workers to pay less for employees and labor, all in the name of profit.

I would tend to agree, if you're referring to the NeoCon VP Cheney, Sec. of Defense Rumsfeld, and other Cabinet members and advisers that were foisted on the dumbass puppet president by his 'handlers'.
He did what he was told because he's a get-along guy and it was neat to be president.

Two wars actually, one of which he and his administration lied us into on false pretenses, never paid for, charged on the national credit card, exploding the debt to trillions before it's ever paid for, if it's ever paid for. Not to mention shredding the Constitution, violating rights to privacy and due process, ignoring freedom from unreasonable searches and seizures, monitoring and tracking protestors and peace activists putting them on no fly lists, illegally wiretapping millions of citizens, etc.

BTW, At least half a million to a million or more Iraquis died too in the process of being "liberated".

One does wonder doesn't one??? In Psychology -- it's called transferrance(sp). You accuse the "other" of being guilty of things of which you yourself are guilty! The Republican party as a whole relies on the short term memory loss of the American people. And those who pay no attention might as well have been asleep for the last 10 years. Millions (who vote by the way) have no clue of all the shennanigans Bush pulled. a stretch, but that recent US/China meeting were eerie in respect of a Neville Chamberlain naive-like demeanor by Obama and others. but instead of a country (Poland) it will be an economy (the US).
