Gym question

I’ve been going to a new gym and noticed since day 1 this one guy who is working out often seems to be looking at me. Even in the mirror when we aren’t close by I’ll catch him looking. He doesn’t give off a gay give but I’m wondering if he’s just looking at the new guy or if he’s gay and checking me out. Any thoughts?
