I have met a 25 year old guy, with a larger that usual breasts. Resembling a girl in her early teenage years.
He is not fat at all, not lean either. Not gym oriented but normal body, I suppose 160 lb for a height of 5.6'
Any advice I can give him, on hormonal use if he should? Or am I making things worst? I like that guy so much
I can't see him take a swim with his T-shirt on! I assure him that's not so bad looking, but he insists covering his
upper body. When in bed, he mostly assumes a top mans position, but seldom we do flip-flop. He is good at IT!
So, I wanna give him the best advice possible. Any doctor here, to be more specific to remedy the situation?

Although that's Black humor, I will answer you by saying: He is too self conscious of IT. And he would not let me, by body language, which I respect. Just imagine yourself in such a predicament !

It is a medical condition with various treatment regimens, chosen depending on specific needs of the patient as well as physical findings.
Until you can discuss “it” by its name there’s nothing to be done. If you love this man then support him through this journey. And be resigned that it will happen at his pace, not yours. If you can’t see him beyond this condition you should move on.

He is obvuously already aware of the condition and most likely the forms of treatment. Maybe it doesn't bother him enough to do anything, maybe he can't afford the surgery or maybe he has a fear of the surgery or scarring.

Perhaps you should ask him about how it affects him and let him tell you what he knows first?
