@hung4u What I know so far from one of my doctors is that HA filler lasts only 1.5 - 2 years, not a permanent thing. But good to ask since I've not seen in person or picture of a cock with HA filler.

In Australia I had this with a surgeon whom, does cosmetics / plastic surgery.

My Journey:
I am awaiting the opening of our flights and COVID safe travel to go back to Sydney to get a top-up. As it’s been 2.5years and still good! Except for a couple of tiny lumps (very normal & rare) … but they simply dissolve them and remove it.
Only recommendation is to make sure it’s with MEDICAL DOCTOR not a nurse!
But otherwise I was Very happy! I just wish there was more I could do…. Haha but I had 15ml; and it was great…. Just wish I had an 8.5inch dick not a 6.80inch haha
BTW - I had tight circumcised infancy done, and so they took too much off so had a scrotal flap surgery prior to HA hence you see some mild scar but it’s gone down! And added length of skin / no longer have painful erections, when I hit puberty this lasted for years and years affected my penis growth.

Does the filler move? Did it hurt? Do actually feel and see a difference?

it kinda travels a little initially as it settles, which is why you have to massage it and take after care very serious and be consistent.

No it doesn’t hurt, only if something is wrong would it hurt. Once it settles and the collagen has formed you gain more growth here as well) no you can’t really feel or tell a difference. Only if doc did bad job and you have nodules and or uneven filler on each side can you notice.
Yours looks natural, I have seen some that the shaft is so fat and the head is almost turtled. They seem to have done a great job. Did you have the head done also? I heard that if you do the sensation is reduced significantly and should only be done if you have premature ejaculation. Thanks for the info.

Wow!!! Looks like you did a pretty good job. How much did you inject? Did you numb it first?
I think I injected about 14-16 ml. I lost some in transfer because I had two10ml syringes but had to continually backfill into a 1ml syringe. No numbing cream, but the HA has lidocaine in it
Do you have experience with performing injections? How did you acquire the HA to do that?
I’ve been involved with penis enlargement for ~10 years and have injected peptides into my penis before.
I bought the HA from china.
I’d make a post on sources and the process but i just did this 4 days ago and want to make sure everything’s good before I start recommending this openly
