the lower 1/2 of my shaft gets hairs. so while im in the shower i shave them off, at the same time im shaving my face. i dont care for hairs on my shaft nor ball sac. i use a mach 3 razor with shaving gel. it works for me.

I might try waxing a little at a time, especially the shaft. I hate the whole damn deal, but I like my wife with just a patch and she has made it clear she likes it the same. I can't really say I have an opinion about how it looks to me. Why the fuck would I care? Assuming most women are like most men then a small amount seems to be the most desired choice. I know there are some in every camp, but I think most just like it trimmed and cleaned up. I like some hair there on her but I don't want to be pulling it out of my teeth! Have any of you tried the Norelco BodyGroom?

A friend of mine recommended it, and it really does work, and a hell of a lot better than a normal electric razor. It's blade guards are curved, and somehow it really doesn't hurt. I was skeptical at first, but definitely a lot less pain than anything I've tried.

Only problem is you get stubble, which hurts big time. I think I might end up being a waxer, just don't know how I feel about someone handling my junk... especially if she's hot.

Edit: I didn't mean that as in "I only fuck ugly girls." I meant that I'd be afraid of getting super hard... but I guess that'd go away pretty quickly if the pain form waxing is as bad as it seems to be.

Also, the BodyGroom really is amazing (only like $35), and will probably suit me for a while. Just wish I could prolong the stubble.

i use to do the same then found a hair removing cream called veet.

it comes in many types, ie ... leave on for 3 or 5 minutes, i use 3 minutes,
in bathroom i put cream on with my fingers around my arse, ballsack and shaft, leave it for 3 minutes or 4 and then shower of using shower gel ... everything is left smooth n soft and theres no cuts or soreness.

From what I've researched about Veet, it's the same thing as Nair. I tried that once and it burned me (layers of skin sloughed off) and the hair never burned off to skin level. Plus, anything that doesn't involve removing the follicle turns into stubble after 3 or so hours.
