I still think that you're just stuck with electrolysis for permanent removal. Waxing and creams last longer than shaving, but frying the little buggers off is the only way for permanent smoothness.

buddy43610: i used new nair for men on my pubes and sac without any discomfort at all. i was careful not to get it on my glans though. just goes to show you one more way people are different as some of us can use it and some can't. a way i found to be permanent is plucking. i started plucking (slightly uncomfortable) my single eyebrow into two eyebrows a long time ago and it finally became not necessary after a few years. i also plucked my shaft hairs and the hairs at the base and that became permanent too. good luck. buddy

tigerwolf: I use the nair with aloe in it on my entire body, along with waxing and shaving (No, I'm not really hairy, I just like to be REALLY smooth.)

Never had a problem using it on my crotch area to get rid of the hair. Just gotta run a razor over briefly to smooth it out just a bit, cuz nair doesn't get EVERY hair, no matter how good you are with it. You also hafta scrub a bit to get the hairs off when you're done with it.
