I'd say it's coincidental; although I have a slightly different point to make concerning the size of your hands vs. your penis: My hands are not particularly long; when compared to a girl I know(her hands, that is...), hers were perhaps slightly longer, but my hands were significantly wider.

There are some body measurements that are related in the majority of people. Your foot might be the same size as the distance from your elbow to your wrist. Your nose might be the same length as the distance from the tip of your index finger to the base of the median joint.
