Hi everyone! Could anyone help me, please? I try to ejaculate by kegeling (hands free) but I can't reach orgasm or ejaculation. I'm near to close. I feel it but I can't finish. I started theese exercises a few weeks ago. I think I do them right: the dick is in & out from the body a little when I do the movements of the pc muscle. Perhaps its too soon for reach orgasm or an ejaculation yet. I'd like very much to cum by this way. And also I read the orgasm it's great. Perhaps it's not possible for every men to cum by kegeling? Achieving a hands free orgasm has been a real challenge for me. It takes a lot of patience, practice and focus. Kegels are helpful to strengthen your PC muscle and to give you more awareness of this muscle. It can help some guys achieve a hands free ejaculation by flexing this muscle, but it usually takes more than kegels to actually achieve a hands free climax, there is so much in the mind that needs to fall into place as well. For about the last year or more, hands free is the only way that I have cum.
