Picked a package up last night at Target and wore them to bed. They're very, very light. Kind of airy. Soft, too. There's a good amount of stretch and plenty of room for everything. I'll post an update on how they do when I wear them to workout.

I am not sure I like the idea of a cotton/polyester blend. I would be comfortable with an all cotton brief, or a micro-fabric brief.
100% cotton is comfy but it gets loose and saggy when it gets wet. The blended fabric might hold it shape better during workouts.

yep, I have tried out most common brands of this style over the years and fully agree with the above assessments of this brief. If you want a similar look but better fit that holds its shape a bit better, I would recommend any of these (esp #1):

1) US Polo Assn Low Rise Brief us polo assn briefs - Google Search,

2) Reebok Low Rise Brief reebok men's low rise briefs - Google Search

3) Levis Low Rise Brief levi's men's 5-pk. low-rise briefs - Google Search

You'll pay a bit more for these bought at full price, but if you check out stores like TJMaxx, Marshalls, Ross, Burlington etc then you can always find them for less than ten bucks a pack. Hope that helps.
