My only advice: Stay away from Vacuum hanging and the Bib Hanger.

Bib hanger is over priced garbage and it's design will eventually damage your penis. Vac hanging can not be done safely beyond 10 pounds despite what anyone says.

Extenders. DOn't fall for the 300-500 buck scams. The 50 buck ones are just as good. Also, pumping gently always helps.
