What are your results/gains and in what period?
Wich type of hanger did you use and with how much weight?
What was your routine, how long did you hang in a session?

Do you have good experiences with other hangers and/or other PE execises?

Extenders. DOn't fall for the 300-500 buck scams. The 50 buck ones are just as good. Also, pumping gently always helps.

My only advice: Stay away from Vacuum hanging and the Bib Hanger.

Bad experiences?

Bib hanger is over priced garbage and it's design will eventually damage your penis. Vac hanging can not be done safely beyond 10 pounds despite what anyone says.
