I agree that most straight porn seems to be focused on male fantasies but then I guess that's the main audience so they're just trying to keep 'em happy. I live in southern California and am fascinated by the way the porn industry here actually overlaps with the "legitimate" entertainment world. They say that rock stars used to want to date models, but now they want to date porn stars. I haven't seen a lot of porn per se, but I like watching some of the cable shows that take a look at the sex industry ("Cathouse" and another one on HBO and the one about the guy Seymour Butts which is on Showtime, I think), because it's interesting to see how some people integrate their sexuality into a career path. As MZ mentioned, there are some things that I have seen in porn which just make me laugh because they're obviously aimed at guys. I know that there are all kinds of fetishes out there and I am sure there is someone for every one of them, but certain acts just make me laugh as I think, "ok, that is SUCH a guy/porn thing!" :bigsmile:
