Harder Erections

    I know this topic has probably come up before but I couldn't find it. I'm noticing that my erections frankly are stiff but not that hard. I don't get veiny and still have a little play in it bending wise.

    Is there any particular exercise or foods/vitamins I can take to increase the overall hardness of my erection aside from drugs like viagra etc?

    Do kegel exercises. All natural. Contract your pelvic muscle, you know, the one you contract to stop the flow of your urine? I contract that muscle 10 to 20 times every day for at least 2 to 3 seconds each time. That muscle is instrumental in helping you boost your sexual performance as well as gain harder erections. Be warned though. You have to do it frequently enough to experience the benefits of this exercise :) After a few weeks of doing it, I thought my sexual performance increase and more importantly, had very hard erections. Also manage to shoot further :)
