My hardest boners come after:
- eating spicy food,
- drinking alcohol (1-2 glass of wine max),
- Far infra red heat exposure - this is amazing for improving circulation and making the penis structure more elastic,
- drinking herbal teas (gingko biloba, korean ginseng, ginger...etc)
- taking Horny goat weed, this works well with me.
- I Avoid drinking too much coffee during the day, this can result in low blood pressure at the end of the day and limp boners. Drink lots of water instead.
- I avoid fatty food, this always makes staying hard difficult
