Just curious if there was anything i could do to get a more rock hard erection? If there are any supplements or anything other than prescription meds.

well unless you have a medical problem then i would seriously advice you NOT to take any ED drugs such as viagra etc. because they can actually stop working in the long run and cause ED and impotence and no one wants that...

what exactly are you looking for? im assuming that you have no trouble sexually with your erection so are you only looking for an aesthetic fix?

-The first effects of PE (penis enlargement exercises) is harder erections.
-Otherwise avoid fatty food and eat spicy food. Drink teas which improve circulation such as ginger, ginseng, gingko biloba, and other herbal blends from your local healthfood shop.
-Try "edging" - holding back your orgasm several times, this usually results in long lasting harder erections + amazing orgasms.

+1 for edging, holding yourself on the edge not only has helped me with control but definitely lets it fly when you finally let it slip. Great for harder erections also. Edging followed by a no handed orgasm is pretty good as well.:biggrin1:

Have you tried doing good ol' abdominal exercises, like crunches?

Try that first. Give it a number of weeks, if you don't currently have an exercise program, it may take a bit longer. I do 500 crunches of various types 2x's a week (Sunday's & Wednesdays) both on the floor, on an exercise ball, & using weights on a bench. (Now, if I could just cut the last 10 or so lbs. of weight I put on recently for a bulk I did I'd have an amazing belly! I don't usually do bulks like that but my roommate wanted to so I tried it, too. He's cut alla his extra but I can't seem to cut mine!) I've always done ab exercises, going back to when I was in middle school & I've never had trouble with rock hard erections. Ever. Start with this vs. any supplement. It's natural, good for you, & has no side-effects. You can get some great ab workouts at bodybuilding.com. Work out hard to failure every time & always use correct form & technique to avoid any injuries. You should be fine.

If your problem is ED or something like that . . . see your doctor.

Depends on your age, too. If you're like me, mid-40s, my doc says natural aging as well as gravity takes its toll. He said that many men who are "over-endowed," he called it, were prone to softer erections as time goes on.

For myself, I'd like a stronger, harder erection, but the fact of the matter is that my wife likes it just like it is. Not too hard and not too soft. Yes, she is my little Goldilocks, and I eat her like a bear.

I'm 42 and have a raging erection. Just start a fitness program and you'll be suprised by what you see

Being in great shape helps, but sometimes a guy is just a little wore out or tired. Yohimbe works great for me.

Hey there 96,

Somehow I think we all need a little more information here.

The best of us have times when things are not as hard as we would like.

If you are in doubt you really should consult with an MD on this one. If what you are seeking is a boost for a chance of pace then there are options. I am not real keen on the oral E.D. meds because they fail about 50% of the time. If you go to an MD and find that E.D. meds are in your future just get away from the oral stuff as quickly as you can.

Muse is expensive, and it is a transurethral pellet that is about the size of a grain of rice. It is made of a disolveable material that dissolves in the wet environment of the urethra. The active drug is Sildenafil and this creates an erection. It is hideously expensive, but if it is applied properly, it does work. Personally the shots are the easiest, best, cheapest and most reliable method that is guaranteed to work if there really is a problem.

What would be good here is a little more clarification for those of us interested in trying to offer some help or guidance. A little boost? Something recreational to create a change of pace? Periodic erectile problems?

Give us a little more to go on.
