Stacking hands on the scrotum side of the penis isn't so hard to do. My hands are slightly wider than 4" each and I can stack both with about a half-inch of the penis sticking out.

How do you know how long that is? There is nothing in the video to even compare to, especially not any kind of ruler. All you can compare it to is his body, but you don't know how big his body is. For all you know he's 4 feet tall. I'm not saying that's true, but you can't prove its not true.
Besides, this guy obviously had a severe priapism, the effect of which is an inflated looking penis even though it hangs like it is soft. I'm certain if you found this guy you would find that he doesn't get any bigger when hard, if it even gets hard.
Assuming this guy is my height, 6 feet tall, and is relatively proportional, then this wouldn't be any longer than 8 or 9 inches. 9 inches is huge for a "soft penis" but again, a severe priapism like this means that it won't grow any larger when hard, if it can even get hard.
As for the guy you were replying, if he can provide proof of a 10.5", or even a mere 10" penis, then he could win $10,000. That thread is now over 120 pages with no winner.

I described doing exactly what you said you did, hand on hand and a few inches (my glans is about 2" long), and I am definitely not " 9"+ "
