So, I'm new to the website but I've been checking it out for a while. I like the fact that people here are so articulate and open. I'm looking forward to havng a lot of cool conversations and meeting some cool people.

I may have missed it, but has anyone read HUNG by Scott Poulson-Bryant. It was kind of all over the place but a good read.

Hit me up anytime!

No it is a book by an African-American author who speaks of the sturggles of black men in this country to live up and/or dismiss to the myths and lies that have been perpetuated about black men. One of which is the idea that all black men are hung, that is not the case but so many believe this that young black men think that they must live up to it. I have browsed a few chapters in the book, but have not read the entire thing.
