I had to have a circumcision last year and I've been given a very low and fairly tight circumcision. Basically the most sensitive skin and frenulum have been cut off. My scar-line is next to the rim of my glans. Also my glans has desensitized due to being constantly exposed and rubbing against clothing all day. I've lost so much feeling the last few months it's unreal. I'm struggling to climax during sex due to the lack of feeling. I'm regularly having to give up after pounding my girlfriend for ages and am left with a boner which won't go away and a feeling of overwhelming sexual frustration. I am not sure what you mean by low and tight. My scar is an inch or so from the head. I am cut from birth and have had great sex and sensation throughout my life. Mine is low because the scar-line is right behind the glans. There isn't an inch of skin between the scar and the glans, there isn't any at all. It's tight because there isn't any movement of skin, it pulls tightly. The most sensitive parts are now gone. Plus my glans has gradually desensitized so I'm struggling to get enough feeling in my dick to cum. I NEED to get off so badly it's causing huge sexual frustration. My balls are full and I can't get a release of cum.

Another piece of advice could be to get your dick pierced as it can enhance sensations. If you still have a frenulum, you can get pierced through, if you don't you can get pierced in the urethra or through the glans. It sounds barbaric, I know, but for many people it does the job.

For medical reasons as phymosis is this the normal cut.
I have the same for almost 35 years.

Hi Aaron, I have a suggestion for you. My circ isn't as low as what you've described but I understand where you are coming from.

While yes the inner foreskin and fren may be gone, you will have to focus on the sensation from the glans and the scar. My suggestion is to get some Anti-aging skin moisturizer. There are some that have special compounds which help thin the skin for older folks who have a lot of wrinkles.
I can't remember what its called right now but i have some at home and I will take a pic and post for you to see when I get home. I'd actually recommend it for any circumcised guys who are worried their glans and mucous is getting desensitized too much and want to feel more sensation.

All you have to do is get a blob of it on your hand and rub it into your glans and enjoy a good wank I do this once in a while to heighten my sensitivity and it feels great! The first time I tried it I noticed a difference after only 2-3 days.

I have a low and tight one, virtually no inner foreskin left. Got it at birth. I usually jehkoof without lube so I can never rub the head (let alone roll some skin over it to stimulate), it's really really tight, I have to grab my skin at the root of the dick and then jerk the shaft this way.
