I wonder if this is just an urban myth as I have never experienced this even when I haven't come for 3 weeks or more. I do get cranky if I don't have sex for an extended period of time but never have my testicals ached because of pent up sperm.

It's not just that you haven't had sex, it's that you've actually been aroused ... had, presumably, an erection for an extended period of time ... and been unable to have an ejaculation.

I thought it was a myth as well, until I experienced it.

It won't happen under normal circumstances, meaning I can go weeks (literally) without as much as masturbation with no problems.

However, one day I was chatting online (sexual in nature) for hours and had gotten really horny, but I didn't cum. I watched quite a bit of porn later without jacking off. Why didn't I j/o?
