Way less confident. Since I have been on the sight due to all the negative comments I have received about my body.

Hard to say for sure, since im on the low end of the large range this place makes me feel small by comparison. And all the pics of hung ripped guys makes me feel even more out of shape than a i am, but i've also gotten a fair amount of compliments on my pictures so i dunno.

This site has made me go back to the gym as well. I view that as a good reaction. I’m told regularly by Pet that she is happy with me, but I still am getting into better shape.

This is likely true. And like all social media, this site has the potential to lead to self-image problems.
Having said that, I’d say it’s mostly been an experience that has led to feelings of confidence. OTOH, I’m all too aware of the previous poster’s concern when, e.g., I’m disappointed if a pic doesn’t get enough likes or whatever. Slippery slope, this.
Not sure any of the 4 alternatives fit in on me. I think that as I have gotten older, I care far less of what others may or may not think of me and how I look. While I of course was in far better physical shape when I was in my 20ies and 30ies, I was less confident in myself generally and worried more about what others might have been thinking. So, while my confidence or the lack of it probably hasn't changed much, it is something which doesn't bother me anymore, or certainly not as much.
Something I've learned from lpsg.com is that when you have a "shower" like mine, that is what others are going to be looking at if I take my clothes off, so the fact that I have gained weight and now have something of a built in air-bag where the beginnings of a 6-pack once were, doesn't bother me in the slightest.
I've also learned that I will never again stay in a hostel whenever travelling. Not from personal bad experiences at all, but from reading what others get up to, or hope to get up to while staying in one. Besides, the older I get, the more comfortable I am getting, so no longer prepared to share a room with strangers or having to walk down a hall to a shared bathroom.
