I’m 55 with hypertension, high cholesterol and BPH in addition to chronic back pain and degenerative disc disease. But truthfully feel pretty good. However, I just had another lumbar fusion surgery and am recovering from that. I’m 5’5” and 150 pounds on a stocky and athletic frame. Before surgery I was at the gym three times a week and looked pretty damn good for a guy my age.

All that to say that the sharp edge of orgasm has diminished over time. I don’t know if it’s age or meds or disease but my libido has declined and sometimes I can’t push over the edge into orgasm. When I do have an orgasm it’s certainly less satisfying than it was even just a few years ago.
