I don't know, I actually think think it does. Anyway, my point is that if you can come to terms with the fact that you are not "her biggest" then you don't get caught up stressing out about something that when it comes down to it you can never be 100% certain is the case. I mean why care about it while you are actually with someone. I think alot of guys go through a phase of wanting to be "her biggest" but once you get past worrying about it it won't haunt your thoughts which can only lead to a better relationship.
