Guys I have an update to my original post (below) and the news is not good...

It took a few months but my lover, after seeing several doctors, got to a specialist..He was examined extensively and told that I have stretched out his inner sphincter and that the skin between his inner and out sphincter is very, very weak and 'soaked.'

The specialist told him that the size of my penis was the cause and that he will probably never be able to have anal sex again...

To say the least, we are both schocked, saddened and, for him, scared.

Have any of you ever heard of this? Can you point us to research or medical literature about it? I have done a Google search but turned up little.
And please, no more smart ass replies. This is a time when we both really need real support. I have posted the original inquiry below for those who haven't been following this

    Many thanks.

    Hi guys,

I have a serious inquiry that I hope will get some responses....I'd appreciate serious answers only as this isn't a laughing matter..

I've been seeing a guy sexually for a little more than a year now and care about him alot. Besides all of his other great qualities, he is one of the few men who has been able to anally take my penis (a real 7 inches around, not Internet inches) for as long as I like to give it...

Unfortunately, he, after the first few months, started developing, for lack of a better word, some anal seepage or leakage...commencing the following morning after we have sex.

He went to a physical therapist about this and when he told her the size of my penis, she said she thought that that was probably the cause. He and I were hoping it was something else (kind of lube used, the positions we have sex in, etc.) We tried all kinds of lubes, positions, etc but the outcome is the same (he feels a small amount of liquid seeping from his behind and an unpleasant odor...he feels then, naturally, embarassed in front of colleagues).

I was away for two months and, thus, we did not have sex. The problem remained though a little less intense. Now I am back and we have had sex only twice (in the last few days) and the problems have intensified again.

MY QUESTION to both bottoms who have xxl hung boyfriends or sex partners or even the tops who are xxl hung (and by that I mean also very wide and fat): have you come across this problem and if so, was there any kind of solution?

I would appreciate any feedback. I don't know where else to turn.

I'm sorry your friend is suffering, but this is not uncommon...those muscles are not designed for such activity and it is not hard to stretch them beyond their capacity to snap back...on the positive side, at least your friend doesn't need surgery to correct it...and you can find other ways to have fun with each other...

I had no idea that could happen. I wish I had some advise for you.

I hope you are able to find a way to correct the condition.

    Best wishes to you both.

I'm sorry man, bad deal. But from what you said, he's not a soon to be spouse or boyfriend, just your toy rather. But it is unfortunate that he is going through this. I guess in this case "the bigger, the better" was not true. What is the treatment he is going through for this? Anywho, best of luck to both of you and I hope everything works out for the best.

He'll never be able to have anal sex again? That's very sad for him. I'm hoping that he's bisexual, as that will probably improve his options for getting laid a bit - but even if he's not, I've met a few gay men who aren't especially into anal, and some who haven't tried it at all. I hope he finds lots of other fun ways to get off, with you and his other lovers.

An enormous number of men enjoying being fisted or sitting on very large dildoes, both much larger in girth and length than the largest penis. I even saw a video online of a guy taking an entire traffic cone up there! Do they all have this problem?

Try looking at some fisting web sites and see if folk there can help. There is a good community on BNSkin.com.

Wrist thick I am really sorry that you haven't found a solution to this problem.
Have you tried talking to a plastic surgeon who maybe has some experience with "sexual modifications" if you will.
I know your in the Netherlands so any one I could recommend would'nt be able to see you as a patient since you are so far away but I'm sure there must be some one in your area to help.
Best wishes and my prayers go out to both of you.

If I were you I would get a second opinon. As you said you cant find much abut it via google probably means it is very rare. I find it hard to believe that with all the people around the world sticking MASSIVE objects up there that it wouldnt be more common.

Therfre following this way of thinking either the doctor has mis-diagnosed or your boyfriend had a disposition to this condition in the first place. Finding the answer to that question could be important

I believe it is always better to get a second opinon for any condition.

I would imagine some sort of surgery would be available. If woman can get surgery to make them tight like a virgin again, I am sure something medically can be done. Get a second opinion.

Get a second opinion....from a surgeon who specializes in surgeries of this type. Gastrointestinal surgeon. Someone who is gay friendly.

I have seen MANY different types of procedures to fix leaky sphincters of all types (urethral, stomach, ect..) Some involve banding, some involve collagen injections. Most are newer surgeries. Spend some time looking into this type of stuff. Search the internet, ask friends.

All my best to both of you :)
