I've had a few girlfriends give it a name, all were prtty generic sorts of things ("Mr. Big, My Toy, etc) that were just used in the bedroom, but I had one girlfriend who called it "Seymor," which was short for "see more schmuck." She was Jewish. Whenever she'd get horny she'd openly say something like "I wonder how Seymor is" or "I need to go see Seymor" and we'd promptly go find some place to fuck. Nobody, even her parents, ever caught on.
