Yes. Max Kirsten made me quit smoking. With an app. What can I say?... The guy's voice is soooo relaxing.

This happened to my friend too. Was hypnotized and she never smoked again to this day: and she was a chain smoker.

I've never been, but I've seen others hypnotized. It looked pretty real to me.

i believe, for sure!
i would have trusted friends there to ensure it was honest and all proper ...
i imagine allowing yourself could be 1/2 the battle ...

I used to be really into self-hypnosis. It does work, and very well for me personally. Not sure why I don't use it any more. I guess I'm perfect now. lol =P but that's an interesting question, one worth asking myself.... hm

I do hypnosis every tuesday with a friend, try different thing, and it a lot of fun. When your in trance, it's such a blissfull feeling. But I dont really like the stage aspect of hypnosis, You can do soooo much good with this.

And what is so strange, is when your in trance, and you talk, you know it's your mouth talking, but it not you. Sometime it's a complete diffenrent personne, like a big mean boss, transform in a funny guy.

For myself, when in trance, I feel like a bit like a rascal,
