I'm curious to know how many people have witnessed this and what their first thought was. I see videos online often of men engaging in public bathroom stalls where other men are coming in and out and it seems like the people walking around disregard whatever is going on. I also know that there are people with a fetish for this kind of thing where they go to public places in hopes of getting caught. I ask because recently I was going to the restroom at the gym and the door opens and a man walks out and leaves so I assume the stall is empty and head for it and is surprised to see another man walking out behind the first guy. I asked a friend what he would assume and his first thought was that they were in the stall doing drugs while I automatically thought they were in the stall engaging in sex. I then asked my friend what he would do if anything if he'd witnessed this and he said he wouldn't do anything about it to which I agreed. Would the average man mind their business or try to report them? Feel free to share stories that you may have on this topic.

Recently saw one guy leave a stall and go into the one next to it. There were 4 feet visible and they were facing each other. Whispering going on so I assume they were getting down to business. I always assume sex I’m so not into drugs that it rarely enters my mind.

As long as the stall is still usable, I don't care. I am too old to care any more. We have just endured an obese turtle (Thank you, Anderson Cooper!) in the white house, who could NEVER keep his mouth shut.

I've a very similar story like what you've posted here. My story is as follow:
This happened about over a year ago. I went to the Home Depot on my way home from work looking to get something. I worked late so by the time I got the Home Depot, it was around 8 - 8:30PM. I needed to pee so I went straight into the Men's room, which located all the way on the back of the store. The layout of the Men room is a rectangular shaped, there are 2 sinks by the entry then 1 urinal and 2 toilet stalls with the last stall is dedicated for Handicap, therefore, it's larger and the door is right in front as you walk toward it. Unless you bend down and look under neath the door, you'll not able to tell if someone is in there. That's what happened, I went in and decided to use the toilet in the back, hopefully it's cleaner. As I approached and tried to push the door, I've realized that it locked. Assumed someone is in there, I turned around looked into the first stall, it was empty but kind a unappealing so went to use the urinal. Within a few seconds, when I just unzipped my pants to pee, I heard the door opened, the guy in his 40's came out, went toward the sink, but didn't wash his hands, he stood there and looked at me for a bit (30 seconds or so) then went out. I briefly looked over and went back continue peeing. To my surprise, I heard the sound of the toilet flushing then another man walked out of that stall, I briefly looked and noticed this guy was about same age of the first guy, this guy turned and looked at me then left.
I was very curious as this was the first time I've encountered this so I went toward the stall and looked inside, it was clean and nothing there was out of ordinary.
Same as you, I brought this up with a male co-worker a few days after that, his opinion was that he thought both guys were likely sucking each other in there. I never put any thoughts in that since this isn't something that bothering me.
Since we can only pick one answer I didn't choose, since it could be any or all four answers depending on the circumstances. While I never witnessed this firsthand with two guys (did see it once with a opposite-sex couple) but if I did my first-assumption would be they were on the lowdown, but I would ignore it as it would be none of my business or concern.
The caveat to that would be if it either happened back during any of the jobs I worked security (where I caught the aforementioned couple) as it was my job to say something or if I currently witnessed it happening at a place of business that had a high demographic of children and families, as I think it would be inappropriate regardless of the genders of the participants.

Home depot seems to be a popular cruising spot for guys in my area also. There are several apps that I'm on that have Home Depot on them as places to meet up whether in the parking lot or in the restroom. I guess it could be the abundance of men that frequent Home Depot that draws them there. The Home Depots down here in Texas also have a lot of day laborers standing around outside hoping that someone will pick them up for work. I've gone in their restrooms and they seem too risky because they are very small and with all of the people in the store someone is bound to come in and catch them. I also tend to notice the feet under the stall as soon as I walk in. It's always been a habit to see if anyone else was in the restroom by scanning the floor under the stalls before heading in completely.

I agree. The Home Depot closest to me has a smaller restroom. Someone did try making a peephole in one of the dividers but it was “plugged up”. Being a contractor if I was caught in the HD I’m not sure I could ever go back in. Lol.

Yes a lot of the places I see that are popular seem very risky. There is a park here that has become very popular and now the police are starting to patrol the area. Too much of a good thing can ruin a locations potential. Then you have to contend with people not being able to even feign being discreet in their attempts to cruise. If you are showing up to a public area where regular people frequent and you look out of place, someone is bound to make an issue of it. Seems that the park I was speaking of was put on the police radar because people were leaving used condoms and douche bottles on the walking trail and there were reports of men just walking in and out of the woods not looking like they were trail walkers but were looking more like creeps that were up to no good. I always research an area before I agree to meet someone there and if it seems sketchy I move on. Home Depot's restroom is definitely not a place I would feel secure cruising in.
Yeah I think gay clubs operate under different rules when it comes to public sex. I've been to gay pride events and it's apart of the show for two or more guys to be engaging in sex on stage. They are usually pornstars but it's a main attraction that seems to garner a lot of attention. People of the LGBTQ community tend to be much more sexually open and don't see it as something disgusting when they participants are adults.
