I certainly wouldn't say famous. However, years back I discovered that a woman I was once sleeping with went on to do porn. She's still doing it and has garnered some reasonable name recognition in the industry. I was floored when I found that out.

She's done some movies, even quite recently, but she's best known artistically, for her singing.
Nearly everyone recognises her physique though.
The swingers couple I live with could also be called "famous" albeit on a geographically much smaller scale and at that scale "she" is the one that is most "well-known" of the couple. However they're both very well connected in the music business and that brought about the other "contact".
