I have, numerous times and have a woman doctor who is also my faa flight physical examiner.

During my last physical, not only did I find myself standing naked in front of my doctor, but he spent time explaining to me the hows and whys about checking for hernias and testicular cancer. Hmmm... i was wondering if this question was "been naked in front of your doctor (at some point, clothing wouldn't exactly help him/her with the examination!) or maybe the original intent of the question was "have you ever stripped in front of your doctor?"
I think often there's an inherant sexual overtone between two people when one person remains fully clothed and covered and the other person begins to take off their clothing in the other's presence- EVEN if it's 2 self-stated "100% hetereo males." One has natural curiosity of "what is the other guy concealing" and the other feels the blood rush that comes with making themselves vulnerable and naked to the other person. Add a female/male component, or a patient with a doc fetish, or one of many other numerous variables, and a little wood is bound to happen- at least perhaps a semi.
And, as Jerry Seinfeld would say about now, "Not that there's anything wrong with it."
And yea, If I take the question as it was originally asked "Have you ever undressed in front of the doctor?" There have been a couple times where instead of undressing between the nurse leaving and the doctor's arrival, I dropped trau with him standing there. I'd actually welcome that over having to wait another 10-15 minutes while I put on a flimsy cotton exam gown while he sees another patient.

Went to urologist about 2 weeks ago. Nurse came in first and asked some questions, after a few minutes, the doc cam in and talked to me. I'm not shy at all about being naked, in front of doctors or anyone else. Usually, I'm already naked by the time the doctor comes in. A few times, I had an appointment for something else, and wanted to show him or her a new injury, growth or something...and took off my clothes to reveal it. I think the last time was a few years ago, when I got rear-ended (in a car wreck), and got airbag burns on my arms and chest (even though I was wearing a shirt and t-shirt!). I took off my shirt and t-shirt so he could look at those...and then remembered an ankle injury that wasn't healing as I thought it should...so dropped my jeans (no underwear) so he could look at that. Not only does my doctor see me naked in the exam room, he also sees me naked in the locker room at least two times a week. This common nudity between thee two of us serves as a great equalizer during my yearly physical exams. He is hung and hairy, like myself, and there is nothing sexual in the exam room of the locker room.
Of course, what guy hasn't? To me it's normal for an annual physical, make sure check every inch head to toe, since cancer runs in my family.
