Have you posed in the nude?

A local artist have ask me if I wanted to be the model for his next exhibiton, he is a talented painter, he sell a lot here and when he make vernissage (not such about that word) the all town goes (small community).

I said, no prob, and then he said you dont mind posing in the nude? I said you will paint the hole think, he said for some of the painting yes. I said, I dont know, + it's more then one painting (time consuming)... so I did'nt tell him, but first I will be scare to have a hard funcking on lol (then what to do?) and second or even first everybody in town will see my private hone:

I have posed for a photographer and a painter. If you have seen his work and you admire the quality this should be one of the factors that you should consider before making your decision.
As a rule most painters will take a series of photographs that they work from so you do not have to sit and pose for hours. Ask him how much of your time will be involved in the project.
Tell him your concerns, a good artist will want you to be comfortable and happy with the experience. Know what your comfort level is with this, if it makes you very uncomfortable it is not likely to be a good experience overall. If you do go forward with this I hope you post the finished project you are a very handsome man.

yes you right it's with pic at first. He's very good, I only see woman in is painting.

I kinda like to show off on one on one at the right time. I'm just not sure if I would be confortable having my dick hanging on a wall of a neighbour lol and like I have mentionned, reavelling my self to the town. But I'm wondering if a painting would be ambarassing, it's not like a photo(?)

Go for it! I did for a friend doing his grad work in photography @ the Chicago Institute for the Arts a couple months ago. It was flattering to be asked, and yea it was sexy but not sexual...if that makes any sense.

Not a bad experience per se but It was a little disconcerting to get a telephone call from my mother that she saw a 25 foot tall nude photograph of me in a Hamburg gallery.

I've been on both sides of the camera, posing for myself (see my gallery) and posing for others. It can be a fun experience and you shouldn't worry about getting hard. It happens sometimes, I think more from nervousness about not getting hard than from actually excitement.

If you like their work and are comfortable being nude, then go for it. As for people seeing you in the portrait...well, it is art, not porn and people viewing it will judge it on that scale. Of course, there will always be the "Me never see a ting dat size!" crowd, but that's par for the course.

Way back in the late 70's and mid 80's I was a life (nude) model for several art classes....and saw pics of me in a couple of art show. I was in lots better shape then. No big deal.....go for it.

I've done quite a number of nude modeling endeavors, and I found it to be very exhilarating. Ofcourse I live in a big city, and don't have to worry about the whole town seeing. I might have a problem with that if people I knew or teacher or neighbors and whatnot saw them.

As for hard-ons, yes I got them, but it's usually not a big deal. They come and go, and we'd joke about it a little. I found with the more aesthetic the theme, the less likely it is that i get an erection. But I've come to accept it as a possibilty.

Just go with what you feel is best! And trust that whatever you decide, will be ok.

I did pose for a small group, who were artists,they painted & some did drawings.I was in the navy at the time.I was on a beach,in Ft.Lauderdale fl,(our ship had 4 days liberty in port.)I was lying on a towel with a thong on,when I was approached by a man who asked me if I would be willing to pose, for a small group of local artists.He also said I would be paid well.But, would have to pose for quite some time,over the next 2 days.I said ok.He asked me to wear my uniform (dress whites)and to bring my bathing suit I was wearing.I met him at 3pm at my hotel lobby,then was taken to a house in town,I met the people,3 women,2 men,all in there late 30s.I was shown some of there work,(all very good)some were nudes,some not.I was asked to stand on a small platform,about 3 feet tall as they took several photos,all the instant kind.Then I was taken to a room to change into my thong,and again posed on the platform as they took several more pics.Then was taken back to the room,the man asked me to take my suit off,handed me a robe to put on.I stood at the platform and the man asked for my robe,I took it off,and they all got up as they took turns taking pics,I did become hard!!I said I am sorry,I can't help it,all said its ok,that its quite normal and just relax.And continued to take pics.I dressed and undressed over the next couple of days,posed and it was done.I was paid $700.00.I found the whole experence quite nice,not sexual at all,even though I did drip alot of precum on there platform.Go for it Giovani!!!

When I was an art student at university we had life drawing on a regular basis. We had several models who posed for us (both male and female). From time to time we had no models so we improvised and all took turns (those of us who felt comfortable i.e.) I enjoyed being a model so would regularly pose for the members of my class. After the class was over or when we were taking a break we would sit around nude chatting and think nothing of it. Art students tended to be a little less inhibited than others I think. My nude body was on many a folio!! Cheers folks.

I've recently posed nude in some self portraits I've taken recently for my Uni course. My lecturers and friends have seen them but you can't see my goods only my arse. I want to be at the stage where I'm comfortable showing myself to people I know, it's important to me right now as I'm interested in performance photography.

I once posed nude for a book- for people I knew- the shots were good and tasteful- taken from behind, no full frontals. They were taken outside on a winters day, that and the fact that I knew them meant I didn't get hard. Sadly they decided not to use them in the end- it was a book by an ex Miss Universe on how to dress and they decided including a male nude wasn't right, however somewhere I do have the proof sheets and negatives.
