Finally some reporting on it…
It was a fight with a “young man” who they were drinking with and got in a stupid argument about “who makes more money”… victim had “bruised ribs and a broken eye socket”, no mention of “brain injury”… sounds like the cops sat on it for a few days until the the dad of the victim intervened about the missing/stolen cellphone which prompted the robbery charge. Not giving Hayes a pass, but all these headlines are so misleading and sensationalist.
Sounds to me like 3 friends were drinking, started talking shit and got into a fight and the cops probably would have just let it go had the victims dad not got involved and pressed for charges.
For a first time offender… this has jail intervention written all over it… anger management, sobriety courses and probation.

There is a fine line between "speculation" and "facts" - if you cross that line then you fall into foul play area. So example: I wonder if Influencer A was doing coke? (speculation) Celebrity A was doing coke, at least that's what I read (psuedo facts). The later is going to get deleted.
