One thought: It's also common in social media platforms (and the tools that work with them) to "schedule" posts in advance, so in general they could've been auto-scheduled days or even weeks in advance and therefore often these pics are taken in advance, too. (Or at the very least someone on his social media "team", even if that "team" is just one person or whatever - I have no idea what kind of staff, if any, he might have around him - might be handling the nuts and bolts of that work and doing it manually, without scheduling tools.) Not saying that happened here, but posts going out doesn't always mean they were fresh pics or fresh posts just taken.

I hate to be this way cause I don’t agree but I really feel like the damage is done. Hayes wasn’t Tok popular to begin with and this kind of put a nail in the coffin. He might get away with whatever happened but he lost a lot of the little support he had.lol we won’t have to deal with anymore waffle scandals of him telling us so many comments and he’ll make OF cause sponsors are likely done with him

Yup, this is just dumb on his part. As for me, I would understand if this happened in like, 2016 or 2017... but now? I don't know, this just doesn't make sense to me right now.
I'd say months after court dates and sentencing (if it occurs) and maybe weeks if the guy that got beat up says anything...But I'm guessing everyone involved wants it to pass as a drunken brawl and he'll end up paying like medical and a little bit more to the guy and then whatever the jusge decides

I think the arrest makes an OF more likely. He won’t be able to appeal to casual fans anymore with iHop ads but his core fans will pay for a sub since he’s so freaking hot.
i just hope we get a statement from him soon.. not necessarily an update on the situation but something.
