I believe it’s actually him. He isn’t always available on OF the way that those who work with agencies are.
I do find it funny that those of us who were hopeful about what Hayes could be have been rewarded. He has delivered since Day One as far as I’m concerned.

Come on dude don't be that niave. It's obviously not him replying back to messages and it makes total sense for him to hire someone. The faster he is able to respond to people the more money he makes. If he has 5 to 6 thousand subscribers do you really think he is going to be able to keep up with them all by himself? The better he is able to keep up with them, the more money he makes. Which makes it worth hiring someone in the end.
