Actually, I'm a guy who generally prefers to watch straight porn. The guys tend to be hotter and the action generally more natural and passionate. I give myself (what I think of as an) honest credit for having explored more parts of my sexual repetoire, both in the flesh and via fantasy, by labeling myself here as 10% straight.
Human beings don't fit into the inflexible partitions many would love to try and impose, especially when it comes to something as hard-wired and fundamental to our natures as the libido. Labeling yourself 100% straight but enjoying gay porn is highly disingenuous, to say the very least.

I abhor the stigmas attached to both HIV and gay sex, having lived the majority of my adult life living with one and enjoying myself immensely with the other. HIV is not caused by gay sex or anal sex. There is no cause and effect relationship going on. HIV is a virus, not a result of enjoying "unhealthy" sex. In the vast majority of cases world-wide HIV is spread through vaginal sex. It is our horrifically bad fortune that HIV/AIDS hit Western Europe and the US via the gay world first, although I can remember when it was called GRID and there were three "high-risk" groups: Hemophiliacs, Homosexuals and Haitians.
As people inevitably want to assign moralistic underpinnings to public health, we very early on set up this dichotomy of "innocent victims" nad those who somehow "deserved" their health problems. This red herring is false. No one living with HIV is deserving, irrespective of the circumstances surrounding their infection, and therefore none are innocent either. This is a virus, not a judgement from some copper-age storm god in the Middle East.
