hey members....headin to COSTA RICA....oct 01....two weeks of jungle fun....any one have any tails of adventure there they wish to share......I will surely share a few over next few weeks....

i seel tons of travel packages to costa rica. i wonder if you got the best of costa rica set out for you like visiting the volcano area and monteverde area and the beach area in Liberia?

For God's sake don't forget to bring lots of industrial strength mosquito repellent. You do NOT want to get bot flies. They're the most disgusting things in the world. They're unfortunately common in Cost Rica and are transported and implanted via mosquitoes, not the flies themselves.

I don't often go back to the same place repeatedly because there's still so much of the world I want to see but I've been to Costa Rica 4 times. I just love it. You'll have an incredible time.

yes...very excited to be going....do 6 nites along paciifc coast...a few nites at a butterfly farm...then spending a few nites with a local family in CARTAGO.....really lookin for a cantina to get local party scene...hired a driver/car/escort....i hear also that CR is a extremely horny country...welcoming AMERICANS....

costa rican here... I hope U liked my country... but its good to know that its not pure jungle.... CR has everything... cities.... beaches.... volcanoes... all u want we have it... i hope u had a great time in the best country in the world

Costa rican here and let me tell u that u'll see lots of flies if u go very deep into a jungle... or some places at some beaches... and that's only during the rainy season... if u r in any of the cities is not that common like u said... specially if its not rainy season...
