Hi guys and girls if any out there, I am heading back to gym after taking care of myself without one but age is catching up and the doctor as said "Jaxin, you gotta get to the gym" So here I go off to a real nice fancy music pumping gym. The machines are all different then ten years ago when last in and the trainers all are trying make a buck from making you feel like shit and then saying "I can fix that if you pay me large an hour" I think I still have an ok bod for a 47 YO but really would like to improve by going to work out instead of surfing for porn and Lil hotties and big cock. Hey, good luck. Hitting the gym is a great idea at any age. As for comfortable clothes, I'm a t-shirt and shorts guy - cargo shorts, usually, not huge baller shorts. They offer lots of room for movement. I see lots of guys in tighter shorts, but that's not my thing.

I'd suggest MENS HEALTH magazine- they offer lots of good programs and alternative exercises for all the muscle groups so you don't get bored of doing the same thing every time. They also have good pictures, which will inspire your efforts, and give you examples of what to wear in the gym.
