If you want to keep it good and stiff and keep up your shooting power, you have to keep in good physical shape and not eat things that increase your Estrogen level (smoking, drinking, too much soy, etc.). Take a DIM (search the net) to keep your Estrogen level in check.
Also helpful for toning those PC muscles (you should be able to feel 3 seperate areas that you can squeeze when you do them) is to soak a hand towel in water, wring it out, and then hang it over your erect cock, then do PC muscle exercises.
