Sorry, that was a bit tongue-in-cheek. What I meant is that when I travel, I typically travel alone and do site-seeing and "hedonism". A favorite is Montreal (I live in NYC and lived in Philadelphia) and took long vacations there (Holiday weekend plus a day or two). On these, sometimes I would go with a friend.

I love Montreal so much, and not just for hedonism, that I moved there. As the song by the Stills goes:

the night so happy
the bass drum heavy
the photo glossy
the people pretty
turning me on

I have never been in any city where this is more true. Thus, my "hedonism" is not just about sex. Yes, Montreal has fabulous gay bars and gay clubs (straight too). And per capita more saunas than any city in the world. But there is fantastic food, great bistros, a summer full of festivals (Fireworks, Comedy, Jazz and more).

I also love Budapest. Prague. San Francisco. Of course Berlin. Paris. So my hedonistic trips combine sex with culture.
