Good find! The point of the video is that castration is viewed as funny in society, especially by women. And men getting hurt, in general, is comedic or not something that people take too seriously.
Even in this thread, there were people who reacted to the recent crime in question by making humor of the whole thing.
But if a man were to make fun of a woman's rape or of a little girl's genital mutilation in Africa by tribemen, people would be getting terribly upset.
