I was looking for some information and I hope to get it right away.
I am very concerned about how to tell my lover that I don't like his large moles on the underside of his penis. My doctor is no use and I really like this man and don't want to hurt his feelings. I want proof that they are ok and I won't get some too. They are a bit scratchy and catch on my vagina. I don't like it but I don't know how to approach this. really I DON"T like them AT ALL! The rest of him is so nice. What do I do???

I would just be honest with him, if it is causing you to not enjoy sex then it is an issue you should talk to him about. have him see his doctor and determine what can be done

Well, if they are actually moles then they're not contagious. They could also be birthmarks, which aren't contagious either.

Still, either way it's pretty unusual for them to be big and rough. Moles that get large, rough and stick out have very likely turned cancerous and should be checked out immediately. Be honest, express your concern and let him know you think there might be something seriously medically wrong with him.

    Omg, thank you!
Someone also told me what to say since I didn't know how to approach it. It made me very uncomfortable but I am starting to feel better about it now and confident that it will be ok.
