I was a late bloomer and had a really small penis even in high school. I remember trying on a condom around 8th grade and it was way too big. I grew to average by my early 20's and a few years ago got into PE. I mainly use bathmate with a wine vac (ouch!) but started without a wine vac. Some jelqing and Xleeve time too. Last time I tried, a magnum condom fit snug and I filled it completely up. I'd say a good erection when my wife and I are having sex, it's a good 7" long now and 6+ girth.
