You are 18. I suspect that as you age, the amount of precum and cum will decrease. I know that has happened to me. Some comments about sperm. The amount of sperm present is not directly related to the amount of cum. I had a vasectomy. That prevents the sperm from getting to the prostate. It didn't have any effect on cum production or arousal at all, except for the week of recovery after the surgery.
As for the mess, since you know this take steps to make it easier to clean up. You can buy those disposal "blue" pads that hospitals use to lay over the bottom sheet of your bed. You can also have a small towel there to shoot into. If you lay it just right it will catch the cum without interfering with your masturbation techniques.
Messes can be cleaned up. If I could cum twice a day again, I would gladly accept having that much precum and cum.
The only mess that is a real mess is getting aroused in public and producing that much precum. That is enough to make it look like you wet your pants. Six ounces or 3/4ths a cup of precum is enough to make a wet spot half way down to the knees. That would be extremely embarassing.
Depend makes a pad just for men who have a urine drip problem. It will absorb that much fluid and it is made to fit inside briefs. It has a sticky surface to make it stay in the right place inside your underwear. You will have to wear tighty whities or boxer briefs though. I don't think this pad will work with regular boxers.
If you go to the urologist, there is a good chance he will want you to jack off in his office ( in private) and then examine the contents or he may give you a container to do that at home and bring it in for analysis.
I had a vasectomy after our last child was born. Six weeks later I had to jerk off at home into a container provided by the doctor and then I took that to the lab to see if there were any sperm still present. That is a routine thing. Don't be embarassed about that. It is a routine for urologist to have patients bring in cum to be analyzied for various reasons.
I would get this checked out by a urologist to make sure there is nothing wrong. But as I said, I would love to be in your posiition at my age and physical condition. I produce very little cum now and cetainly not twice a day. I remember fondly the days when I could though.
I will note that my problem is not age but physical condition. I have had major back problems and take a tremendous amount of medicene. When I told the urologist I could still get hard and cum (but not like I used to could), he was amazed. He assumed that I was completely impotent. I have a major spinal cord injury. That is why when I say I would trade places with you, that wasn't just a joking comment.
Don't not go to the doctor because of embarassment. You may have to get your primary care doctor to refer you. I realize that since you are 18 your are under your parents insurance and it is going to be difficult to see a doctor without explaining to mom and dad why you are going to the doctor. Hopefully you have a mom and/or a dad you can feel comfortable explaining this to.
