The two best pieces of advice for shallow vagina problems are:
A) Patience (take it slow, take it easy, let her adapt)
B) Experimentation.
Every woman is different... I've found a good way to go is using a "spooning" position. This has worked for me on women who had problems before. Also, let her go on top and take a little control, so you can see the depth she feels comfortable with.
